Becoming The Change Catalyst

I know firsthand how stepping into something new—especially leadership—can feel both exciting and overwhelming. Because I’ve lived it.

Early in my leadership journey, I faced challenges that stretched me in ways I didn’t expect. I found myself leading employees who were twice my age at the time and more experienced than me, questioning whether I truly belonged in that role. In another role, I stepped into leading a retail team in an industry I had no prior experience in—navigating uncertainty while trying to show up with confidence. And through it all, there were moments of doubt. Moments where I questioned my abilities, my voice, and whether I was truly capable of leading others effectively.

What I didn’t realize at the time was that my confidence as a leader wasn’t just about skills or experience. It was deeply connected to how I saw myself. Like many leaders, I had spent so much time focusing on supporting others—my team, my work, my responsibilities—that I lost connection with my own voice and self-trust.

Everything felt intertwined—my mindset, my relationships, my sense of purpose—and when one area felt off, it showed up in how I led.

When I finally made the decision to shift inward, everything began to change. I reconnected with my strengths, developed a deeper sense of self-awareness, and learned how to lead in a way that felt authentic to me—not based on what I thought a leader should be. As my confidence grew, so did my ability to communicate clearly, make decisions with more certainty, and navigate challenges with greater ease.

I started showing up differently—not just as a leader, but as a person. And that shift didn’t just impact me—it impacted the way I led others.

As your Coach and Change Catalyst, I bring that experience into the work I do, supporting emerging leaders as they step into their roles, build confidence, find their voice, and grow into leaders who lead with authenticity and intention.

Great leadership isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about learning to trust yourself and lead in a way that feels true to who you are.
